
When we started building InferenceCloud we had one big, fundamental problem. Nobody knew what a co-pilot for communications and marketing was supposed to look like. Or how people would interact with it. Or what people really needed from communications AI and what they didn’t.
Part of our journey has been to figure that out together with you.
Since launching InferenceCloud last year we’ve learned a huge amount from our users. We’ve identified a ton of improvements and we’ve come up with a LOT of ideas.

Making AI easier to use: Chat GPT is simple to use, but getting good results is hard. InferenceCloud started off as hard to use, but getting good results was relatively simple. We’re continuing to put a lot of work in to making things more intuitive now that we have data on how people interact with it.

Better content: Smarter content creation engine that produces content that is highly focused to specific audience needs to optimize impact
Reputation & media monitoring: The same AI and data that underpins the rest of InferenceCloud can identify opportunities, repetitional risks and other issues based on continuous media monitoring
